What does my subscription include?
The subscription includes unlimited access to send fast and cost-effective mailing of all your correspondence, the use of our AI to write your letter, a 100% secure cloud for storing all your documents and letters, as well as access to your account to track the progress of your mail, view your sending history, and access your saved contacts.
How much does the subscription cost??
We offer you a welcome offer that allows you unlimited access to our platform for 24 hours for the price of a letter. Without cancellation on your part before the end of the trial offer, it will be automatically renewed as a month-to-month subscription at a rate of €39.9 per month. There is no minimum duration commitment. You can subscribe to and unsubscribe from our service whenever you wish and without the need for justification.
How to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by going to the cancellation page and entering the email address used during your registration. If you have forgotten your email, you can contact our customer service, and we will take care of the cancellation within 24 hours.
What should I do if I can't remember my login ID and password?
You received your login ID and password via email when you created your account. If you can't find your password, you can reset your password from our login page.
